Session Description :
Good Morning,
I am requesting the retrieval of a clutch of Giggi Larvae. I was informed of the location of one of their nest in a cave at the border of Rhoegr and Valonde and have attached a map to it. I am willing to pay 1000 gold for this. Thank you.

Session Summary :
The Squad: Rex, the town grouch; Ignace, who is still Merrish; Haru, who I have no snarky comment about; and a new challenger named Kawakito, a very confident hobgoblin archer who looks like his name should just be “Bandit Archer” or something. Fire Emblem NPC lookin’ motherfucker.
The Mission: Some dude wants a coupla Giggi larva to cook up a nice meal for his daughter. A noble goal, and also he’s willing to pay us. After getting the lowdown from Noire about what the fuck a Giggi larva is (larval form of a Gigginox, a nasty cave monster that reproduces asexually and lays its eggs in the possibly still living bodies of its victims) (also they spew poison gas and sometimes lightning) (there’s also the one ones that are lampreys and vant to suck you blood). We only need to grab one clutch of the larva, but he’ll pay extra for more. Noire recommends we grab what we need and cheese it, she doesn’t think we can handle a full-grown Gigginox.
So, we go to the cave, find it is being blocked off by a pair of wiseass Rhoegn guards. After debating whether we would die and be eaten, they lowered the barrier and let us in. One mediocre round of Stealth checks later, and it’s a fight. With tons of lamprey lookin’ jerks and two Gigginox. Rex was swallowed whole and cut his way out, to the great detriment of the Gigginox. Kawakito was also swallowed but the Gigginox decided he was too spicy and spit him out, then ran away. We got one clutch, and seeing as that was technically all we had to do, and Rex and Haru were in low single digits of HP (I think Haru had exactly 1, and we kinda needed his fire damage) and Ignace was out of spell points, we cheesed it.
The client met us with the payment, and boy he sure looks like a wizard. Maybe even like a necromancer… he assured us he was retired tho. Just wants to cook a nice dinner for his daughter… I definitely believe you… mothafuckin’ Darkrai lookin’ mothafucka…
